quiet roomsouth kensington station
the hotel is next to south kensington station, which makes getting around easy. my room was quiet because it faced the back, which i appreciated.
the fitness room seemed a bit neglected.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, I found the hotel security to be quite lax, as anyone could access guest floors without a key. the room had this musty smell (it wasn't overpowering, but definitely noticeable). The fitness room looked unkempt and uncared for.
