The hotel location is convenient. It is a short walk to the tube station. Staff checked me in early. They upgraded my room.

quiet room south kensington station
the hotel is next to south kensington station, which makes getting around easy. my room was quiet because it faced the back, which i appreciated.
the fitness room seemed a bit neglected.

Acceptable Stay with Some Drawbacks
lax security musty smell
The staff members were very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, I found the hotel security to be quite lax, as anyone could access guest floors without a key. the room had this musty smell (it wasn't overpowering, but definitely noticeable). The fitness room looked unkempt and uncared for.
